01 formula 156k a4 4k stall,long tubes to 3in ory to 3.5 dyno max bullet to turndown before axle,lid,85 maf,smooth bellow free mods,sub frame connectors,umi tubular trailing arms and panhard bar,relocation brackets and I've taken roughly 100lbs out of the car

So what's the next best step and still stay my daily driver but I'm also looking for a drop in et

A good cam with a intake manifold will be your best option. There are many good daily driver cams out there.

Trans is stock just got two big tranny coolers on it and a temp Gaige to watch it...u think I cam is ok with the high miles i have

Heads and cam.
You dont have a trans cooler yet with that stall? If not you need one.

no i have two tranny coolers and u dont think with the high miles i have it will be ok to do a cam swap?it just makes me nervous to spin the motor higher into the rpms on the stock bottom end with 156k

intake and cam let that motor breathe youll feel the power mileage should not be an issue

probably with cam and intake upgrade fuel pump to racetronics and might better get some 42lb svo injectors stock ones will be maxed out
