Default 460 rwhp ?

I just bought this car and the owner told me it made 460 to the wheels.. He bought it from a freind that worked at a performance shop and did all the work himself.. Mod's are in my sig.. Now i dont know what kind of dyno and as far as he knew this car was a cam car only... What do you guys think??

Im not calling anyone a liar and he said himself it was hard to belive and bf i bought the car he sent me street fire vid's of him pulling a c5 with h/c/i etc... And pulling a ninja 600... Ive seen it myself i know the car run very well and is very strong im just wondering if this is even poss with these mods>>

I'd think 430 would be closer than 460. There's a guy with an 02 Z06 that did 440 with that cam. I think he had a FAST intake though.

On a dyno, anything is possible , but with that size cam unlikely.

Go to a dyno and see for your self and two don't ask about times go to a track. My friend's dad had a 04 zo6. we went to the track and bolted on slicks. The car went 11.8 with only slicks. all else was stock and the weather was good for running.

Forget the dyno; hit the track. That's all that matters.

I would say if it does not have a fast intake, then 425ish, with fast intake closer to 440. With heads and fast intake, 460-470. Depending on heads.

If it had a good set of heads and a Fast intake on it the engine might make that 460 HP number. But without a good set of heads and a Fast intake I doubt that it makes the 460 HP the guy claims.

You will see higher gains from doing a decent set of heads than you will the Fast, I would do heads then the fast intake after.

I agree with these two ... the track doesn't lie unless you are looking for bragging rights!

I know what mine made before the S60 and I am sure I lost some rwhp, but I only care what it is going to do at the track.

I agree and it's not because she's pointing guns at me making me say it the intake isn't the bottle neck with the stock heads.
