Do you take LS1 perimeter-bolt heads as cores? (stupid '97...)

Currently MTI's backlog is 3 weeks. That is about the average. We take perimeter bolt heads in on exchange when sending you a set of perimeter bolt heads.

Yes. We will be performing our own analysis of these heads and offer complete services as well. We will post flow #'s before and after we are finished with them.

Its so nice to see someone with Jayson's credentials taking the time to post here and even answer some questions. That alone speaks volumes about MTI IMO.

Man, by reading this post, I think I'm sold on who will get my business when I'm in the market for a set of heads. Sure it costs a bit more, but I would gladly pay the extra bucks to have a proven product and a company that will stand behind that product. Props to you guys at MTI for going above and beyond.

There's one main reason i chose MTI to build my 427 C5R based Z07 motor for my 98 C5, that being they are TUFF TO BEAT when it comes to overall performance, reliability and customer service!!

in my opinion, it is no news, MTI has always been the best. never had a problem with my purchases . theres a lot of shops out there claiming to be the first h/c LS1s to be in the 10s and others claiming to be the first in the 9s. i think we all know who was first!!! proud to be from houston where MTI rules!!!
