white smoke from exhaust
Wow those numbers are really good. At this point I would start to think it's not a head gasket and maybe a cracked head.The only thing that's strange is it's two cylinders.

most of the compression was achieved from the first 4 cycles, after that i just spun it more to get that 2 or 3 psi more. im going to do the rest of the cylinders tomorrow. so these numbers would be considered good? thats some great news. maybe i will check the valve stem seals on those two cylinders.

#1 is a tad low, but for 100k motor those numbers aren't horrible. You want dry/wet numbers to be a max of 10-15% different (or so), and they seem to be at the upper threshold consistently. You could try replacing the seals on #1 & #3 for grins, then run the car for a few days and see what happens.
If you can borrow a leak down tester, run a leak down test while you're in there and you have the plugs out. Pull the valve cover off while you're doing the leak down test (makes it easier to see that both valves are closed, too) and listen for air escaping at the valve stems, at the exhaust/tailpipe, at the intake/throttle body, and at the oil filler neck. Also, like I said, open the radiator while you're observing and see if there are bubbles. Post back with your results... that'll help us narrow down the problem more. Good luck...

What would replacing the seals accomplish? That's not oil on the plugs.

Sure it will. Oil gets past the stem seals, gets on the plugs. If left long enough, it can seriously crap up an affected plug/cylinder, and build up on the back of the valves, causing them to hang open. Happened to my Mustang.
