Default Whats the downside to having a high idle?

I was wondering what is the down side to having a really high idle on a car like 1100 rpms? Does it but more pressure on the springs because of that constant level? Or is there really no downside? By having a higher idle im reffering to getting like a 110 LSA cam to idle on a A4. Using LS1EDIT and all.

obviously more engine wear everything from bearing to springs to whatever since youd be running at nearly %50 more rpms at idle than stock.
