Yea I know a buddy that was running one when I made this thread. But now im going custom grind but glad it is back alive to help those that need it. I have known two guys run them on a stock head car with no fly cut. But I have also heard its a hit and miss and its better to check you valve to piston clearance

I know my bf wants the MS3 for his 2004 LS1 GTO, but I'm not sure what lobe separation to get (ie 112, 113, etc). Can anyone help me determine that? I obviously don't want to ask him and ruin the surprise that I'm buying it for him for Christmas. Thanks!

Jtm2085- I'm personally not buying valve springs, push rods, etc for his cam swap to the ms3, but I know it's on his list to be able to do it, obviously. I'm just trying to help him out by getting the cam for him since he has been wanting it for a while. I did ask him in a sly way about lsa to try and determine what angle he would buy. He never gave me a straight answer. lol He very thoroughly explained all about lsa to me though.
He did mention that he thought the default was either 112 or 113 and said that would work well. So it sounded like that is what he would go with. It seems he wants it to be more "lopey" (sp?) than his current cam.

Texas Speed- Thank you for replying to my message! I very well might call you to discuss his setup before purchasing. We live in WA currently and I'll have to buy and have it shipped here by the 26th. So, I'd like to discuss that too with you. Thanks again!
