I can either offer you the ARE block which I can match the $2000 Price. We also offer the Darton MID wet sleeved blocks which is a completly different process and a little more involved and they are $2850. Both will have the 2 Year warrenty.

I like the 395. Its making about 485rwhp and 455rwtq and I have more upgrades to do. It should make 500 when I am done.

You just are never satisfied. I want to go even bigger. Another 50hp and 50tq would be nice.

Right now I have a stock LS6 intake and ported stock TB. I am going to be ordering the Fast setup. I am just waiting on the FAST 90mm TB to be released for the C5.

I already have a cam big enough for the 434. 244 250 duration. I am about to open up the cylinder heads also with bigger valves.

Injectors and oil pump should be good because I am already making around 500rwhp w/o any issues. I want to make close to 550.

So sounds like pistons, rigns, bearings, balancing and machine work.

I will talk to my engine builder and see what he says.
244 250 duration in a 434 isnt all that big. Some of the guys over here (Aus) are runing close to those specs in 346 ci motors.

Ya people are starting to get bigger cams over here.

But most people consider my cam to be HUUUGE even a 427 over here. Its funny.

I am getting gears so I might go a little bigger depending on what springs can support more cam.

Unfortunately the shitty Independant Rear Suspension set up on our cars is less than desirable on the strip. But in saying that a couple of the faster times by the 346 brigade have been around the low 11"s and 123ish mph.
There is some more serious setups about to be born over the next couple of months with guys converting to solid rear ends and more aggressive packages.

We are, at the moment playing catch up with you guys in terms of qtr times, but that may soon change.
