Huge improvement. I put them on as cast. Milled for more compression and .040 cometics. Im running Yella Terra rockers and a 7.5 PR. I also have a -4cc piston so its why I could get away with the MS3 and the PRC 2.5 LS6s before. For the price the TF220s cant be beat. If anything a little port work mainly to clean up around the valves could be done and thats it. My car is a M6 with 4:10s and its a blast to drive on the hwy.
