Greeting
Update 5th March 2012:
The engine assembly experienced a delay due to the following:
-Observed melling oil pump M295 is not sufficient to support the oil cooler (Estimated pressure drop is around 8 ~ 10 psig). It was recommended to install the 10355 melling oil pump that can support the oil cooler.
-Delayed order parts (order since more than one month) that are not yet up to now is recived.
The parts are not received till now are:
-Sandwich Adapter for the oil cooler.
-Oil Pressure gauge.
-Water Temperature gauge.
-Transmission oil gauge.
-GTO piping extension.
-Melling oil pump 10355.
However, other parts are received:
-GTO Pacesetter header 1 3/4" primaries with 3" collector.
-X-force cat back.
-Polyetheren bushings.
-O2 extension wires.
-AEM wideband gauge.
-Engine oil cooler (Tru-Cool, type: H7B, rated for 29,200 BTU).
-Slip on clamp for the extension pipe with the headers.
I hoping to receive the remaining part by next week, to start the assembly.

The CAI is from CAPA and it is not cheap in their site. I hope it will perform well where it will be tested very soon to see it.

Greeting
06th April 2012 update:
Finally received the extension pipes and assembled with the headers and the catback on the car and finaly it is done.
The LS3 manifold assembled and found small problem that the 102mm throttle body and the extension plate for the throttel body do not fit properly due to the cooling water pump housing bolt obstructing the fitment. It is found later that GM have two kind of water pump, one that have the extended housing bolt and the other one do not have this obstruction housing bolt. I replaced the existing water pump with a new one that doesn't have the housing bolts, and things resolved.
The new water pump will be drilled at the housing in the discharge side and will be threaded to enable installation of the water temperature sensor. The tranmision temperature sensor will be fitted on the transmission A4 (4L60E). The Oil pressure sensor will be fitted on the sandwish adapter. The wideband sensor will be fitted later on the catback after the x-pipe.
Thanks...

The cat back installation is okay and from the first look, it will look to be very noisy. I will find it out this coming Wednesday.
