Whats the deck thickness on these? Will they work with aftermarket valve train (T&D Jesel)? How big of a spring pocket will it have?

Nice to see another viable "As Cast" option out there. My advise would be to price them under what the TFS "As Cast" heads sell for and you will for sure have a great selling head.

I do not plan on selling lower than the TFS cylinder head. The PRC head will come with a double PRC spring, cnc machined chambers, & guides. As well as 320cfm capability!

Nobodies as cast is even in the same ballpark right now!

That is great to hear. If my wallet allows, I'd like to get some of your guy's PRC 215 heads, but if not, it's nice to have another option out there. You guys keep on pushing the LS limit and I love it. Keep up the good work.

Great looking product. But the TF 220 also comes with a dual spring (TEA GOLDS) and they can be worked to flow the same. Main difference with yours is that it has additional bolts for more clamping. Well for the blocks that have those provisions. Priced within 100-150 more than the TF would be reasonable. But how about a good single spring for those who dont require a dual?

We are considering a single & dual option. These heads are designed not to need to be hand worked to move air. They will be 320cfm capable out of the box.

Big claims saying they are as good as the TFS. Even bigger claim saying they are better. I'd like to see some dyno numbers and/or flow comparisons first.

That being said it looks like a great program you guys have for them. I'm sure they will be as good no doubt.

I am waiting for the release myself and curious to the flow data once released. I am interested in a 4.00+ bore head for my 370 and these sound great subcribing.

Since I already have a set of TF220 And your 2.5 LS6 heads. Three popular cams from different vendors (2 NIB) and and two different rockers (stock/yella terra UL). If yall are interested in a few comparison I have extra parts to do so. I dont have the time is all cause of work. Im running the MS3 with TF 220 with a bad tune. But it still screams! With a good tune I would be interested in the out come. Swapping heads isnt hard. Plus I have head studs to make a swap a little cheaper/easier.

Ive got some stock TFS 220 AS Cast LS1's I will be putting on this:
https://ls1tech.com/forums/carburete...-10-5x-et.html

Texas Speed! Send me a set around April and I will install them to track test them for ya!
Stock bottom End LQ9 using TFS LS1 220 2.04/1.57 heads vs your 3.900 PRC 220 As Cast. Let's see the ontrack results!!

No Tricks Just a head swap!

Out of the Box Trickflow 220 vs PRC 220

Using Stock Trunion Upgraded rockers on both, same cam for both, same bolt ons! Only thing more equal would be 64cc vs 64cc
