Default are these ls7 lifter?

i bought a set of what was sapose to have been ls7 lifters. upon trying to buy another matching lifter due to one of the lifters being damaged that the seller didnt bother to tell me about. i found that all the lifters i found from advanced autozone and orileys were different heres a pic of what i have the only lifter i found that looks the same is the caddi lifters.

if they are a caddi racing lifter were can i buy just one?

see how the ls7 lifter has a angled spot by the oil hole? mine has a circular indention that surrounds the oil hole. take a good look at the oil hole in the pic and look at the ones you posted.
