You're probably looking at just a little shy of 450. What kind of compression are you running?

I doubt it. 420-430 maybe. Depends on how nice the dyno is. You can play with a dyno and make any graph say anything. But on a realistically configured dyno or a mustang dyno, I dont think its gonna happen.

I got the block from burgers on here, then i rebuilt it with all new bearings and rings. I should have went to a 370 or at a minimum lq9 pistons but I get the dished pistons for $$$ reasons. As I'm having a hard enough time finding the cash to finish the project due to all the little nit picking stuff im doing and buying

I think if you don't make 450 rwhp, you better sell it and build a heads/cam on freshened short block LT1 for 400-425 rwhp and call it good. LOL

450 is the high side of what I want. Below 425 and I'm pissed

I think you will make it depending on how effecient your stall is. Even if you don't make the "number" on the dyno, I bet it runs it at the track once it's sorted out. Oh, and that thread about the Mustang pic is hilarious. I can't wait to show my friends at work tomorrow. lol

He is a normal person who sells them. I did the block work myself. I'm still not sure on who to go with on the stall, either a used yank 3600 or a revmax 3600

With those stalls you will get more in the 425 range. Did he have the blocked "bored" or did you get some one to bore it?

I had it line and torque plate honed. It's still stock bore size at 4.00 3.622 stroke

Ok i was wondering umi had a sale on some of the same blocks and every found out they where crap lol. If you have the money call coan stalls and talk to them very helpful and great stall that helps your power.

How can one brand of stall increase power over another one with identical specs?
