Rwhp????
For good low end power look at something like a 220/228, if you want more of a top end cam and better dyno numbers something more like a 228/234...you'll want a lot more exhaust duration to help out the shorty headers.
As for clutch, hopefully someone else will jump in since I don't know much about them...I've been running automatics for years, and just now swapped it out for a manual...but I decided to try out the Ram Muscle Car clutch

- Clutch go TDP (diamond) or Monster with a lightweight flywheel. If you get them on sale their only about $100 more than an LS7 and a much, much better setup. LS7's have about a 20% failure rate, not very good odds. Plus they have a heavy flywheel which robs HP. I think Monster is having a sale right now for $100 off. I personally have a TDP stage 2 and love it, drives close to stock and good for 600hp.

Personally I say do the rear end first, and work your way forward. That way you know your rear end won't, well shouldn't at least break once you start making more power.
Or did I misread and Cam/Clutch + Labor = $4200, and then Rear end + Labor = additional 4200?
