6.0 cam bearing spun

6.0 cam bearing spun HELP PLEASE
6.0 2001 4th cam bearing after t.aring down looks like bearing was never in middle from factory. Out of warranty friend paid 6000 for new one at dealership they told him you cannot buy a block so he gave me engine. The block does not look bad to me the cam small amount scoring. Anyone think motor worth trying to fix. Pistons,crank,rods,heads all look fine. Any help greatly appreated. I have 98 vette ls1 Can any of the 6.0 internal parts be used just in case i ever needed them. thanks
