Default Blue smoke after cam/intake swap?

I swapped my cam/intake/valley cover last year from stock. It seems like there is progressively more and more blue smoke in the exhaust each time I start the car up, and now even when I rev it. Motor has ~50k on it, and the car still runs very strong all around the power band. I've been running 5w-30 conventional since I bought the car with 37k on it.

Could I have damaged the valve guide seals during the swap? What else could be the problem? I'd really like to fix this but I don't know where to start.

I had the same problem it was my valve seals. lI just pulled the plugs and could tell which seal needed replacement.
