#243 casting heads

There's some good points being brought up here. Guys are having excellent results with stock LS6 heads, LS6 intake and the EPS 222/226 113lsa cam. Making over 415+rwhp and 400rwtq. For a street car that sees the track once in a while you can't beat that combo.
And its true, a donkey dick cam isn't needed, unless you have a stripped down car for the track and you're looking for every little bit of top end power. Take care.

My advice is do it as you can afford it....you have the heads now, get them pores and bolt them on.....decide on what cam you want, and first get the stall and put it in at the same time or before the cam.
Will the ls1 intake hurt you? Yes, but it will work.....but when you get a good deal on an ls6 or better intake it only takes a few hours to swap them out.
