I have a 2000 with the 231/237, I've had in there for about two months or so. I like it and I haven't even tuned it yet! As I said, the car is a 2000 {no LS6 intake}. It has Kooks headers, UD Pulley, Lid, 4.10 gears, stock SLP exhaust and that's it except for the free mod stuff. The car weighs in at about 3500lbs with driver. I pulled a 12.40@116.5mph without tuning. I think thats pretty good mph {ET sucks because I'm a bit leary of the stock 10 bolt}.

Without tuning, the car is idleing pretty roughly and will die at times, it's also running rich as all get out. I'm just guessing here but I think that I could pick up at least 15HP or so {most likely more} with a good tune. A cutout should net another 10HP or so and a LS6 intake should be good for another 10 or so. Put all that together and I believe that I could pick up at least 35HP or so {and thats conservative I think}. I'm thinking that "should" give me around 120mph and in the 11s for sure.

As for the drivability of the cam,, even without tuning I can live with it easily. Once I get a good tune in it, I figure it will be just fine. As for the low end torque- I have to figure that it is at least comparable to stock for 2500 or so,,, good enough. For my mods,,,,, I'm very happy with the cam!
