LT Headers, and a healthy cam. I'd look at a 231/237 .598/.595 from TSP if you want to go with one of the bigger cams.

You could go with a smaller duration cam and more boltons if you don't want the duration and lift of a larger cam.

Bolt ons and a Big cam.
or
Bolt ons, Heads and a Small to Medium Sized cam.

If you have an auto tranny, then you must go the Heads/Cam route.

What are your goals for the car? Daily driver? Do you plan on drag racing or autox?

Texas Speed & Performance 231/237, TSP has also come out with some newer grinds.
Thunder's TR230 or TR236 (and TRex of course!)
MTI X1 or R1
Futral (the ones above 228 in duration).

If you plan on spraying at some point, I'd stick with a traditional split cam (more intake than exhaust) as well. A good example would be the TR230 vs. the TSP 231/237. The TR230 has a reverse split whereas the TSP 231/237 has a traditional split. Traditional split cams are favored for nitrous, but you can also spray on a reverse split. You will probably have better results with a traditional split.

Just some food for thought.

If you are just looking for 400rwhp for a quick car, I'd go with what SouthFL02SS said. The TSP 231/237 cam, LT headers, throttle body, LS6 intake (depending on what year vette you own), and a good dyno tune.

Get the cam i have now.... Its Futral FM7 224/230 .587 .593 114LSA. Its on my daily driver Camaro and its drives nicely. It made good power too and u still can either spray it or boost it. A nice set of heads on this cam and u will be over 400rwhp no problems and it drives like stock.
