Comp R preload is .002 - .008 or less than 1/4 turn to torque spec after zero lash. It was a pain.

Yea that was the only bad thing I've heard is they take a long time. I don't know if I can wait that long because my car has already been down for over a month has it is.

the wait is under 2 weeks now. He has been shipping out 3-4 sets of heads a day.

last week i ordered a set of 5.3L stage 2.5's and jay said a month. But it will take this long only for the stage 2.5's not the stage 2's

i made 428/402 6speed 10 bolt. i got the 3" duals on and im picking it up tomorrw. new exhaust and a couple other little things im hopen for 440rwhp-450rwhp.

Thats better then the cartek stage 2 x package I had last year. BTW I'm on week 9, the last week.... correction...evidently the 2nd to last week.

if you cant afford the ls6 ported the 5.3s are the way to go

he does some great work and makes alot of hp

Yea I'll be there but my car has been down for over a month has it is. I'm pretty sure I have a bad lifter so my car won't be there. I've heard from a couple guys around here that my car is one of the best sounding ls1 cars they heard idle anyways. It chops pretty good.

Jay was flowing mine back on Thursday with my ported intake. He said he would probibly send it out next week some time with a few more sets.
