just to contribute...

I put 405rwhp with Trex cam, stock 853 heads but GOOD springs, ls6 intake, 25% ud pulley, heddman longtubes, mti lid stock maf p&p TB, through the 6 speed to 4.10s.

But you will definitely need a cam to achieve over 400 rwhp, and you can do it with stock heads a FAST intake and cam only.
