When I do/use to swap cams. I always pull pump and replace with one ready to go that has been ported and shimmed. Psi always ends up about 60-70cold 45-50 hot. I got about 75cold/60hot on my 4.8 truck with 340+k miles. My camaro has 65cold/45hot. With 130kmiles. I also use 20w50 in my truck, 10w30 in camaro.
If ur concerned about your psi. Put in a ported, shimmed pump. Easy to diy. I have for ppl that bring me there cars concerned about low oil psi. Less than 40, close to or 20.psi

low oil psi is cause by restrictions in your lubrication system IE contaminants in your oil blocking the flow of your oil or possibly bearings starting to shift to block the oil passages in the block (when i say shifting it can be a very very small amount, not visible to the naked eye) try to change your oil when it's nice and hot at operating temperature to remove all the bad **** from your system the best . . . hot oil escapes better than cold oil and it takes particles with it that are in the oil
