Default Help: TSP cam install

I just ordered the TSP cam special yesterday with 231/237, patriot duel spring, retainers, and gasket kit. Do I need anything else like the upgraded oil pump or a different timing chain, any help would be appreciated. Also is this cam a XE or XE-R. This is going in my 02 ws6 ta.

Having a 2002 car prob will not really need an oil pump or timing chain unless you want one. The oil pump is usually worth 5-10psi over a stock pump. 98-00 cars were the cars that had problems with stock oil pumps. The 231/237 camshaft isn't a Comp Cams XE or XER grind, its custom ground by Lunati for us. If you do the oil pump, be careful with the pickup tube o-rings, there have been allot of problems with the o-ring getting pinched or falling outta place.

Also LS1Howto.com is a great website for installation instructions.
