well it rebuild time
well it rebuild time i have a 2001 camaro ss and i put a cam in at 118xxx miles and the other day i missed a shift 
anyways i notices a new noise afterwards. first thought was i spun a bearing so got home started pulling the motor out and started to break it all down and i see this
and then this in the bottom of the pan
but also before the missed shift i notice oil pressure dropped like 2 months before hand so i had already planed to crank open the motor and repair and replace parts so after digging deeper in the motor all the bearings are looking really good and then i hit number 7 and then i see this
so now i sent out the crank to get worked on and the rod getting inspected to see if i can reuse it or replace.
oh this all happened with 133xxx miles on it figured it would be time to refreshen everything up from all the years of abuse and the abuse i put in it

oh for sure well being that i am stuck under a rock at the moment im just repairing and refreshing up everything i am going all new bearings, chrome moly piston rings, new timing chain,as well as oil pump and all new gaskets from the top to the bottom and with alittle luck ill have it up and going again soon. but i do have 1 question and if i can get opinions that would be great should i replace the rod/rods being that the 1 was spun or can i get away with replacing one and calling it a day. My opinion i should replace them all and upgrade them but not really tring to dig a bigger hole at the moment anyone have any ideas??

i know but could it have been weakened from predetonation or just coincidence that it was knock happy #7? curious to see what the piston top looked like, pounding the rod bearing may have something to do with it.
