If you have good oil pressure now, then fixing the problem which is oil breakdown and contaminants in the oil will keep it from getting worse, and you could roll in some new bearings and be on the road without issue. If you want to pull the crank then it can be mic'd and possibly polished if the scratches are not too deep.
If the crank journal is shiny and you can't catch your fingernail on those scratches then run it with new bearings if you're on a budget. I've honestly seen much worse that people have just rolled new bearings into and gone another 100K with.
