What kind of car is this going in? What does it weigh? I would want something slightly different for a carb set-up with nitrous.
218/226 .598"/.570" 111+3 is along the lines of what I'd do, and if it's going in the mustang in your signature I'm going out on a limb to say it's got to be fairly light being a 5.0 mustang so it could stand to be slightly bigger, but not too big.

Yes a mustang about 3000lb..i got the cam off this forum...the reasin i didn't go big is cause my head have been shaved and i did not want to have PTV problems.... could I use 1.8 rockers to bring it up a little bit?

When you change the rocker ratio you're changing more than just lift. You're changing the ramp rates of the lobe, your changing how quickly it accelerates and how much duration it has.
When you do all of that you either have to use a stiffer spring or reduce the weight you have in the valve-train and even then with both of those changes, sometimes that isn't enough.
Lobes are designed to be used with a certain range of rocker ratios in mind and almost all the lobes that work in the LS motors are designed to work with 1.5-1.7 rockers. Now that said there are lobes out there designed with 1.5-1.7 rockers in mind that are still mild enough that can be used with 1.8 rockers but special care and attention still has to be placed on making sure you don't run into valve instability issues.
With your induction set-up you need a tighter lsa to be optimal with your carb so it has proper signal and can meter the incoming air better, providing the right amount of fuel at idle and throughout the rpm range. It also needs some overlap so that it can also meter properly.
From my calculations with a 3.78" bore, 3.622" stroke, 6.098" rod, -.008 deck height, 6cc dish piston, stock .060 head gasket and a 57cc chamber I'm getting 10.18:1 static compression and with that 218/226 111+3 camshaft would give you 8.22:1 dynamic compression. Also instead of using the 218/.598 lobe I suggested to begin with I'd back that down to a 218/.563 since you have beehive springs. They would most likely be fine with the 218/.598, but there is no point in pushing the limits.
Just looking at the numbers I don't think you'll have trouble using that cam or another one similarly sized with your heads being milled. It is still always best to measure PTV when you've milled a set of cylinder heads because you won't know if the machine shop accidentally took more off than you asked for and you end up with a smaller chamber than you thought.
IIRC stock compression on a 5.3 that isn't a L33 with flat tops is 9.64:1 and with the smaller chamber on the 5.3 heads the amount your heads have been milled equates to roughly a 4cc reduction give or take few tenths. The cam I specified gives you an IVO of 1, IVC of 37, EVO of 47, EVC of -1 and 0 degrees of overlap.

3600-4000rpm stall would be my choice, if it's going to be strictly a track car or more so a track car I'd go even higher.
Those springs are a little on the low side on open pressure, but they should work on those Extreme RPM lobes.
