Why are you thinking of replacing them? I would not see rockers as an HP mod but more of a security or finish the valvetrain mod. I have Harland Sharp rockers. I replaced the stockers because the HS rockers are cheap, better than stock, and I needed to shim the rockers anyway.

I don't know that I see any HP difference from the rockers. They do seem to rev faster but that could be me. I have no fear that these rockers will spit bearings into my engine. To me they are worth it.

Piece of mind over HP gains.

What I find interesting is how obsessive people get with this. 99.999% of stock LS1 rockers DO NOT FAIL. You're just buying into hype and fear.

My stock rockers had 70,000 miles of raw abuse. They also went to 7000 rpms with no trouble.

If I had a nickle for every time someone said to replace a part for piece of mind, I'd have a **** load of nickles.

I do believe roller tip rockers do help by reducing side loads on the valve guides and stems.

Everyone one says roller rockers are not worth buying and to stay with your stockers, but that just isnt the case. Its not just peace of mind there are several advantages. Rollers may seem a little raucous for a daily driver but if you do run at the track or road race its well worth it. Being roller rockers they do reduce side loading on the valve stem which in turn increses your valve stem and its guide life. They are also very good if your running a high lift cam, since high lift cam increases side loading and rocker wear greatly. They also weigh less and are stronger than stockers by a few and that greatly reduces valvetrain weight which lets your LS1 rev a lot easier and higher. Oh and did I mention they are rollerized hahaha which reduces friction and heat which makes more power. They are definitely worth it if your goin all out like I am. Ill be running the Harland Sharps by the way. Good Luck!

Again, the main reason I did this is because I had to pull the stockers off anyway to shim for Comp R lifters. I don't know or care if the stockers would have failed. I do know that the HS rockers are much better than what I had. They are also a lot easier to shim than the stock ones. I do think with a .59x lift cam that they will work better thant the stock stuff. Time will tell.
