Don't know the specs of that cam but I've yet to see a Trick Flow headed
combo that doesn't make mad power....

Thanks man. The car is actually 150 miles from here, so I'll try my best to keep the thread up to date as possible. From the research I did before purchasing the heads and cam, a lot of people had gauging interest in this particular combo; can't wait to see the results.

you need to aline hone the mains if you use studs for the main caps.main cap studs aren't really for most builds.
The engine builder/shop will handle all of this (CBI). This guy really knows his stuff. Actually, my setup seems to be pretty mild compared to what usually goes through there, lol.

The only reason I bring up the upgraded valves is that becomes a reliability point as well. Lighter valvetrain is easier to control and easier on the springs/lifters/pushrods/rockers.
