picked up a 04 lq4 engine out of my granfathers old farm truck lucky me had only 50k on the truck before the combine ran it over. anyway its got 317 heads on it. i been reading going the swap in my car for sometime now. its got 9.5 compression would would be perfect for a supercharger application. im thinking about freshing up the block. a custom grind cam then to my local shop for the install and tune. what will a stock bottom end hold i want 500 rwhp will it hold it should i upgrade the bolts to arp's or should i just get a forged rotating assembly from texas speed.

It will hold 500rwhp all day long and if your tune is done properly 650-700rwhp is not out of the question at all. 9.5:1 compression is a great medium for pump gas in a forced induction build that will see the street a lot.
I would at least put ARP heads studs and LS9 gaskets in the to-do list for this project.
That said, a forged rotating assembly would be the fool-proof way to go without worry of if or when the stock internals give up the ghost.
I can also supply you the custom grind cam you mentioned. Sounds like a fun project.

my tuner as far as im concerned is one of the best in the country steve williams or better know on here as tuned by frost out of richmond dude is a genius. the supercharger is still a dream lol but as far as if i do it idk. i was thinking about getting a rotating acc. that has flat top pistons and some 243 or aftermarket small combustion chamber heads and driving to get 10 to 1 or better. my goal is around 500 rwhp through a auto.
