I'd have the O2 wiring checked from the pcm to where the O2 cables plug together, and also check the grounds on the back of the heads.
BTW, in the video is that exhaust smoke I see on the passenger side?
I'd also remove the passenger side valve cover and check for a loose rocker mount bolt/s and rockers that are loose from the factor bearings giving out.

I know having difficult to find issues takes all the joy out of owning a F-body, it can be really frustrating!
Good luck, an I hope you solve the problem soon so you can start enjoying it!

The exhaust smoke you saw is of some oil i dropped down when i filled her up when i got home nothing to worry about. What i was thinking is to replace both 02 sensors woth corvette sensors since they are longer. I heard good things about bosch but then again ac delcos are from factory. If the rocker arms are worn out replacing all of them would it be an easy task? I am definetely trying to get to the root of the problem seller wont help and i left him a nice rating for the trouble he has caused.

The rocker trunions (bearings) aren't hard to change, that's most likely all you'd need to do with them.
With the 97-2003 corvette rears O2s you'll want either BOSCH Part # 13111($48), ACDELCO Part # 213810($61), DENSO Part # 2344617($41), NTK Part # 21537($47), or DELPHI Part # ES20003($49). All prices are each.
The ACdelco and Bosch sensor covers look the same, and the Denso and NTK sensor covers look the same.

Most just buy the trunions separately($140), but some sponsors do sell them installed($430) in factory rockers
You should have no problem finding a friend or shop to press out the old then press in the new.
Hell, ship the upgraded trunions and your (serviceable) rockers to me, and for $20 + the cost to ship them back to you, I'll remove/install them with my small arbor press.

When its cold and when the light goes solid it is in open loop. This sounds like o2's to me. Car will run good cold till it gets to 140degrees then will go to closed loop and run like crap when trying to use the o2's to run. Then the computer will see that it is not working and kick it out of closed loop again. I would start there also look for any exhaust leak befor the o2's that could be giving the o2's a false reading. If that is not it then I would have a tuner look at the tune and see why in closed loop it is running poor

FYI, even if you change the O2 sensors you might still have the same issue, that's why I'd recommend verifying that the O2 wiring from the PCM down to the plugs where the O2s plug in are good. If you have to take it to a shop that specializes in electrical diagnostics I'd do it.

Well guys i sswapped out the passenger side o2 sensor with tje ntk looks like it had a bosch sensor once i took off the bosch it was covered in black soot. The car is now running fine but i havent drove it long enough to see if it has fixed the problem. The ses light did turn off once i switched it out and drove around for a bit. I will keep everyone updated but hopefully this fixes it there is still some whote smoke coming out on idle smells like gas

Just an update for the folks replace the o2 sensor on the passenger it has not acted up since then at all. A code popped up though only for the passenger side stating slow response from bank2 sensor 1 which is the one i replaced. I replaced it with a ntk corvette sensor any ideas on fixing it kind of strange its only on the passengetlr side.
