I'm looking into sending out my old 241s to AI for the 205 option with upgraded valves and dual springs milled to 62cc and use these to replace my PRC 799s stage 2 milled to 59cc worth doing if I have a buyer for the prc heads and I am doing this to run a cam bigger then the 228R but for now will the AI heads pick up power with the 228R or lose power?

I don't think you'll pick up any added power. 799 heads already flow better than 241s and since they're both ported, I still think the 799 heads are better. Also you would be losing compression going from 59cc to 62cc.

If you're ok with the loss in compression and are worried about PTV with a larger cam, maybe you could run a little thicker head gasket?
