Default lq4 piston for bored out 6.0l

I would like to bore my 6.0l lq4 .030 over to 4.030. I want to use the stock crank and rods. Does anyone know the pin height for the stock pistons so I can order new ones? I also plan on running this setup with 243 heads and a carbed intake. What cam suggestions do you guys have and should I run the stock valvetrain besides springs? I know lots of questions thanks its my first post

replace the rods too, going to have a MUCH larger piston selection that way.

You will want to do the trunnion upgrade to the stock rockers and measure for and order new pushrods.

The lifters can be reused as long as they are in good shape.

You're going to want a compression height (pin centerline to top of piston) of about 1.33" or so, but the aftermarket has a pretty big variance for the stock stroke pistons. With the stock rods, you will need a piston with a .945" pin bore, so like already mentioned, your selection becomes very limited. Hypereutectic pistons, like Speed Pro's, are probably your best bet.
