Default Break-in time for heads and cam

So today I finished installing my heads and cam. I've been reading and people are saying just give it a few heat cycles and let it rip. The thing is it isn't tuned yet. I will be getting it dyno tuned next week. Would I be ok going WOT until then? Or should I just wait until the tune. I had some Cobra pull up next to me and it took everything I had to not punch it. Thanks in advance for the help. Here are the mods I did

AFR 205 milled to 60cc
228r on 114
stock MLS gaskets
7.4 pushrods
ls7 lifters
tsp ported oil pump
asp underdrive pulley
fast 90/92 intake T/B
TSP 1 7/8 headers
circle d 3600 stall
Trans cooler

It's always a good idea to let the parts get friendly with each other. It is not a good idea to go WOT on an untuned combo especially since you have raised the CR.
The Cobra will just have to wait for another day to be spanked!
BTW....my combo is reasonably similar to yours. You will like it I'm sure.

Please don't race on the streets, that's just dumb and dangerous to others.
I suggest you wait for the tune,New heads, new cam... you have to be running lean.
