I wouldn't...Does the OP want to fly cut his pistons? Rev the motor up to 7K to make power? Be a dog down low?

I think he is on par with cam choice...Somewhere in the low 230 durations.

Its all in what he is looking to do, which is why I asked what his goals were. I agree the torquer 2 is a good cam and if he can get a good deal on it, thats even better. Having a good double spring allows you to also run the Torquer 3 which will give you more midrange than the T2. You will certainly be in power range you wanted with that cam and head setup.

If you want a custom grind there is nothing wrong with that but there are plenty of off the shelf cams that will do exactly what you are looking for. Im sure Tick, TSP, or many other Sponsors can recommend exactly what you need.

Oh and the MS4 fits without a problem with PRC stage 1's unless they have been milled alot. If you go that route I would have 4.10's though to keep rpm up.

It's not that simple, but good luck. I can guarantee your hp goals with tried and proven cam grinds.

Hell, you don't need a ms4 to make 400rwhp+. I have a4 cam only cars with my sns stage 2 torquemax cams making 400rwhp.

Of course you dont need an MS4 to make that. The T2 he was thinking about getting will far exceed 400rwhp. I put down 450rwhp with heads mildly ported 317's and TSP's 233/239 and went low 11's.

Either way I'm sure Tick can get you a proven cam. Good Luck
