Default Current setup vs "GOAL" setup

Hey guys, I have an LS1 swapped 350z. I've searched and read lots of setups. Im currently sitting at about 400rwhp. I want another 50-75rwhp. This is a track car. I beat the hell out of it, and wanna keep it as reliable as possible. This is my current setup:

Ls1 Stock bottom end
317 heads shimmed/milled down (forgot how much) with some porting
Dual Valve springs
233/239 Comp Cam
Trick flow pushrods
Ls3 lifters
Ported and shimmed oil pump
Ls2 timing chain
Rod bolts
Ls6 intake manifold
1 3/4 long tube headers
3" X pipe and exhaust
Underdrive Pulley
CUSTOM short ram intake with K&N filter
Stock T/B
Stock injectors
Deatschwerks 300lph Fuel pump

Now, what would it take to make another 50-75rwhp? Any other bolt-ons I can do to reach that goal? Maybe Fast intake, t/b? What would you guys suggest? If not possible, I guess I'd have to do another H/C package?

Here's a quick vid too:

And another:

Thanks in advance. Im kinda new to the LS world.

Probably changing the heads, and the cam. I would love to see some engine bay pics.

Uploaded some I currently have some CORVETTE engine covers too, and working on building a custom intake box around my filter.

Fully CNC ported and milled GM heads or aftermarket heads, and at least step up to a mildly ported FAST 92/92 intake/TB. I'd also upgrade to larger 42lb injectors.
What's the LSA on your current cam, how high do you normally spin it, and what rpm range do you feel you need more power?

I want to say, 113, maybe 112 LSA. With 600 lift. Since I track it a lot, I want a strong powerband. At least 4k to redline, which is about 6800. Which aftermarket heads would u recommend?

I would leave the cam alone at least for the time being. Do a FAST intake/Throttle body and a set of really good heads. Some TFS 215's, AFR's, or WCCH/AI 243's ported. That should put you all over 450-475 rwhp with a good tune

Also I would get that filter outside of the engine bay somehow. I've picked up 20 rwhp pretty consistently doing this on the Trailblazer SS's. Do all the intake plumbing in 4 inch and loose the MAF sensor SD tune.

Yes it does actually. Can tell big difference, especially at Road Atlanta.

Yea I've heard the same. I was gonna build a box around it. Just cause I have an opening in my front bumper that hits the air filter directly.

well done!!!! Some good suggestions in here, agree with keeping the cam, add more injector, fast 92 intake/TB, TFS/AFR heads.

Now if only Nissan would make the Z like this to begin with. You know, the 350Z having a 350ci engine and not a little 3.5L engine.....lol

Very nice ride, can't wait to see the numbers it produces with your upcoming setup.

Well GOAL was not made!
I should have listened to u guys and went with the Trick Flow heads. Long story short, I was talked into MTI custom CNC ported heads so I bought some CNC ported heads from MTI. They decked them as much as possible and brought it down to 63cc. I did get the ported fast 90 intake, and a fast 90 t/b. Final numbers after all said and done: 415rwhp/380 torque. Only gained another 15-20hp!
So next question, I keep hearing I should change my cam out. I obviously need to up my injectors as well, which haven't done so yet.
So what cam would u guys suggest?
Current cam: 233/239 600 lift 113/2 LSA.

^^^I did not realize you were still on stock injectors, guessing the stockers were maxed/and or close to it. What head casting does MTI use?
