Streetable is a pretty relative term. There are more than a few guys here who would be fine driving that around all day.
If the tuner has enough time to get it dialed in (this won't be a short dyno-tune session), then it won't be bad to drive for most.

Mike Norris did the tune and worked on tweaking and refining the tune. Break in tune, drive ability & dyno tuning.
I think Mike did excellent work with getting the drive ability very good.
Cold start is a little prone to surge and will buck if the rpm is low. This goes away in a couple of minutes. With water temp up, the drive ability is very good. Idle decay might be just a hair slower than stock but it's close. The TA has never stalled due to surge or pressing the clutch. With a marginal tune, a lot of times the cable TB/102 intake and older PCM's will stall when the clutch is depressed at speed and your coasting.
1800 rpm up drives like stock.
1500 rpm drives very good and close to stock, I'm fussy about drive ability and notice a difference. My girlfriend drives the car with no issues and she isn't into hot rodding.
1200 rpm/low speed 5 mph/ parking lot speed - drives good, I tend to clutch/declutch and coast as needed to avoid getting surge or shuttering when creeping around. My girlfriend figured this out after about one minute putting around at low speed.
With a grabby/ high effort clutch like a RAM HD low speed would suck because it's finesse. With a good stock feeling clutch like the McCloud twin disc RXT it's a cake walk.
I would make sure you get an excellent tuner.
If you haven't purchased the cam yet it might be worth talking to some of the vendors about your goals and exactly how much drive ability issues your willing to accept. A cam customers spec ' d to what you want would be best. Darin Morgan of Reher - Morrison spec ' d my cam based on what I described wanting and I'm very happy with the overall result.

The MMS235 will help some. It should be fine... 20 degrees of overlap in a 416 is not unstreetable. But I think closer to 13-15 degrees would drive better.
I'd prefer to see more intake duration though with that much exhaust given the efficiency of the head. Something more like a 243/248 114 would drive better and make better low-end torque despite the larger intake duration. It would fall off a little faster uptop. So for an auto, I like your cam. For a manual, I'd tighten it up.

The +4 is how much advance the cam has ground into it. Advancing a cam usually increases low-end power, which with a bigger cam is a definite help.
