oil change, coolant flush etc are maintenance items and aren't going to do anything. You added weight with a trans cooler. You added maybe about 40 whp. Gains are all exaggerated by manufacturers and you can't take the highest claims from a bunch of individual parts and add them up. Parts complement each other. Without a tune all this extra air movement you've produced doesn't really do much but make better sound.
In all honesty without before AND after dyno runs or strip passé you have no idea what you've actually gained. A lot of mods will increase performance but you won't see a difference in street driving. You'll learn to take numbers and estimates you find here with a grain of salt. No two cars are the same and dyno differences, da differences and all the little variables will only serve to get your hopes up.
Do I think you gained 50 horses from intake, exhaust and a tune up? No. Does it really matter as long as the car is running properly and giving the most performance it can? To me again no.

With full bolt ons they make 340-350. A4s dyno around 290-300 so they will be on the lower end of the spectrum. M6 cars make over 300 stock in many cases and will be higher. After a good dynotune is say you'll gain 40 from your baseline but you don't know what that is so it's hard to measure. Right now depending on what "tune" you had done you're probably making around 330-335 more could be had with a. Dyno tho
