I personally mostly run single beehives on XER lobes because I mainly use stock valves and try to keep everything light.
I use PAC 1518 or PSI

For as much as I would like I get the Brian tooley spring it's just not an option because I would be spending alot more money if I get that spring, the only 2 springs I can chose from right now is the .625 prc beehive or the .675 prc dual springs

I'd there a reason why you went with the stage 2.5 5.3l heads? I'm ready to upgrade my heads and looking for opinions on what will match up with my Texas speed cam 605/610 lift 238/242 duration on 110 Lsa ... Also what are the best bang for the buck #42 injectors easiest to tune?

Here is my complete parts list for your reference. being a truck motor, some of the P/N's will not apply here, but you can see the full scope of the parts involved.

Obviously many of the parts can be reused, I replaced most things though.

hey guys need some help with my first head/cam swap. I have all the parts I need lifter, injectors, oil pump, trunnions, gaskets, orings, retainer plate, bolts, timing chain, arp thread chasers, pulley puller, harmonic install tool, degree wheel, ls2 trays, etc.

BUT I'm having trouble figuring out what(which kind) and where to use either sealants, lube, anti seize, locktite, or arp lube. read a bunch and keep seeing different options??? read this thread and sounds like a lot of you guys are experienced, so I figured some of you guys could help!!!! and any tips would be very much appreciated!! nervous and excited !

Start a new thread.

People won't be looking to provide that advice in this thread.

Thanks. I replied to your new thread. I think it'd be better for folks who may be asking the same questions as you to see it in one place.
