Check this MONSTER out!

From the good folks at GM. The LS1 "Grand-Am Cup" hydraulic camshaft. Thats right folks, this is no solid roller cam either. RPM range is 4000-7000!
How would you like to try and get this thing to idle in your daily driver A4 car?

There are a few C5's running it in TX. One of them works at Scoggin Dickey. It idles at 1100rpm, not fun in traffic but a grin everywhere else. I heard 475rw with all the goodies on stock displacement

The car did seem to lack some bottom end torque, but being the Z06 M6 and with 3.73 gearing you get past that spot very quickly. He did have an aluminum flywheel in it before and I feel the new McLeod steel flywheel/clutch helps it get going allot better. Also its not quite stock displacement its 360cid via stroke. Its sure one hellava ride though, I think last time he ran it it trapped 122mph with 5000 DA of air.
