I have those exact heads and an MS3 cam. Mine cleared fine and no fly cutting was needed. I knew if I stepped up to the MS4 and those heads that I would have to fly cut. At any rate, I think the MS3 cam is still a bit more aggressive than the torqer, so for what little input I have, I think you'll be fine.
