Default How much is my LS1 shortblock worth?

So, next year I will be pulling my LS1 out of my Formula in my sig, and doing a 5.3 turbo setup. I currently have 5.3 heads, and a good intake so, I'll be keeping those for the build.

I would like to sell my short block, but I have no idea what it is worth. The factory motor has 118,000 miles on it (so probably 125,XXX by the time it gets pulled). There's nothing wrong with it, and its performed well for me for years. The short block is stock besides the MS3 cam.

How much should I sell it for? Should I leave the MS3 cam in? Or put the stock cam back in and sell it 100% stock and sell the MS3 cam on the side?

if it has the ms3 in it maybe $1000. FWIW I bought an entire stock long block minus oil pan with less miles than yours for that much.

Well the long block includes heads and an intake, so I would think that would be worth more than my short block.

A 98 shortblock with that mileage? $500 at the most with covers.
