Cam Duration/Lift?
Well, it depends on what you are looking for. First you said you wanted to see 400rwtq...then you wanted the biggest cam you can fit in the motor. While i'm sure the TREX puts down good numbers, it most definitely idles like ****. If you want a rowdy little thumper, get a bigger cam...but you're almost at the point of diminshing returns on cam upgrades. Me, i'm done going bigger on cams...I've had several...I will be doing a compression upgrade this summer...It will make the motor idle better and be slightly more responsive down low.
