Default need advice on head swap

hey guys, im trying to add a little more power to my 2000 Z28 again and currently i have a 224/228 .581 .588 112lsa cam, TSP 7.400 hardened chromoly pushrods, and comp 918 single beehive valve springs. stock 853 heads btw. i have a pair of worked 241 heads with .2 milling im gonna throw on but was wondering what combinations of new size pushrods, what kind of lifters, and what size/kind of head gaskets that are the best combination to use for the milled heads. i hear alot of people use 7.325 pushrods with milled heads as part of their combo. lmk what you guys think i should use or need. links to parts are greatly appreciated. thanks in advance -alex

ps. i am sticking with my cam if that means anything to the situation
pss. any guesstimates on power after head swap?
currently 392rwhp/375lbs tq cam and full bolt ons including ls6 intake

IMO
-It is best to measure pushrod length to Verify than to go with what similar mods typically use.
-ls7 lifters or Btr SLR lifters

-Get some Cometic .040 gaskets for better quench but verify PTV always. What CC was your heads milled to?

Agree with Paul.

Plus, even if you take a swag at the pushrod length, 7.325 is too short for a .020" mill and thinner gasket. If anything you'll still probably be okay with 7.4" since the lifter preload isn't ideal at 7.4" now - you should be running 7.425".

But measure. It's not hard and doesn't take very long. If you end up with a really weird number, say 7.275", then try it again.
