383 ls1 stroker 244/248 or ms4 99 trans am which would give me more hp & torque....with the setup i have fast 102/102...fast injectors...255 walbro pump ud pully tsp 1/7 headers tsp true dual dumps....98 flp lid..prc as cast 225 heads forged internals...performa built lvl 2 trans (4l60e) with 4200 stall.3.73s..

Since you have a 4" stroke, you need a cam designed for 4" stroke with a later IVC point.
If you could order an MS4 on a 114 it would work better than either of those cams, but I'd recommend you do it on different lobes. A 239/242 LSL/LXL 114+2 would be nice in a 383. You could even step up to something like a 242/246 114+2 or so.
