This engine has a piston ring seal issue, whether it be:
Broken ring
Ring gaps lined up
Ring(s) on upside down
Bore issue
Piston rock issue
Oil control ring overlapped or hung over the edge
If it was mine I would pull it out, pull the rockers off and do a leakdown on it so as to identify which hole(s) are down before you take it back to the builder.

hopping for the best case and cheapest fix for the guy .a bad exhaust seal could leak oil into the exhaust runner and cause some smoke.I watched the u tube video and saw alot of pressure from blow by.do the leak down test .
