Not unless your old heads had the dreaded notch in them, if not you will be fine, but you should of used the newer MLS gasket because that graphite sucks to remove if you remove the heads in the future, but if no notch in old heads, then no problems

You don't have it then lol...it was on early 98 heads...if your new heads had same deck as the old heads your good... Do a searh and you should turn up some examples of notch heads...

...so looking at my old heads i was wrong it is cast 806... annnd they do have the notch... and i am leaking coolant inbetween the frist and second bolt "under the header" ...

ok let me clearify this. When i bought my 241 heads for 100bucks i had a valve job done on them. when i installed the 241's i used the 98 style head gasket which is graphite, and they suck lol. but now on the driver side im leaking coolant pretty bad between the bolt number #7 & 6 *that is the bolts right under the spark plugs

Since you used that graphite head gasket, make sure you clean the surface completely and it will be a bitch to clean up. MLS gaskets and ARP head bolts and you will be on your way. ARP head bolts are reusable in case you need to pull the heads again.
