Default 112 LSA + 6 vs. 106 LSA + 0 on Baby Cam Differences?

On a baby cam what are the benefits on a manual transmission car between going with a LXL 218/222 on a 112 LSA + 6 versus a 106 LSA + 0. I know the torque curve will be better on the 106 LSA as well as having the cooler sounding idle while the 112 will have better daily drivability and gas mileage anything else I am missing? Will the power curve between the two be much different? Not looking to rev above 6500 RPM.
