Might get more help in the Fueling forum, but you need to post more info to include what you will be doing with the car

Sorry about enough info wasn't using my head the 5.3 litre is mostly going to be stock really. I have a LS1 cam 496/496 lift, with a LS1 intake, with a LS1 throttle body. I am going with long tube headers, 3600 stall, 4l60E tranny, and a set of 373's and that's about it. Oh the heads are the 706's, they are out now getting checked and done.

what ECM are you using .try to use the #28 injectors ,the can handle up to 420 rwhp..make sure your ECM is set up for those injectors ,or have it tuned for the injectors you use .

I'd prob go with the 28.8 stock injectors. If you need some, I've got 8 I'd sell ya cheap

Yea the 28.8# are way to go unless you got the $ for bigger for room to grow, but I'm running them on a ~400rwhp car no issues
