oil pressure was always good. Yeah it sounded exactly like a valvetrain noise, even all the garages said it had to be a lifter. I replaced the lifters twice and and everything else was good. So we pulled it out and found bearing peaces on the bottom of the pan. Took the bottom of rods off and found 3 rod bearings that went bad... I didn't rebuild the bottom end but we sent the block back and they admitted they messed up so there sending me a new block

So it was the builder's fault. Glad that they took responsibility for it.

Why would they even send it to you if they KNEW it was messed up? Stupid people these days!
