ls1 roller rockers best one for your dollar?
Heres what I've got sbe. 04 ls1 ms4 cam, tsp 2.5 heads, fast 90,90setup,full bolt ons. right now im running stock rockers, looking to gain a few hp and be adjustable and quiet as possible with this cam. Thanks Kyle.

Keep stock. They are lighter and stronger. The reduced friction of rollers come at the cost of valve train harmonics. So it's probably a wash in power. The only reason to ever look at roller rockers is for side loading the valve with bronze guides. That causes wear. Your stock ported heads have powdered metal and will be fine.
Because you're using LSK lobes with over .630" lift, you might have valvetip scrubbing with stock rockers. I wouldn't worry with it.
Also, they won't quiet the valve train - that's a byproduct of the cams closing ramp rates and lifter preload. And good, adjustable rockers start in the $800 range with T&D. Yella Terra makes some for $600 but I don't know that quality. Jesel are in the 1500 range. Overkill for you - those are good on solid roller drag setups that have the valve train inspected after every race.
