Do you know A.R.E. stage 2 flow #"s ... ??

Does any one know the flow #"s for A.R.E. stage II heads ??, i need this to help figure out what cam to go with. They are 2.055" intake , & 1.57" exhaust. HELP ??????

here are mine 2.055/1.60 LS1
intake.
.200 152.6
.300 202.3
.400 252
.500 282
.550 258.3
.600 290

exhaust
.200 122.7
.300 154.2
.400 185.8
.500 204
.550 212.3
.600 217

Thes are fairly old heads with an empasis on using nitrous. They were cleaned up at TEA after bending a valve...they flowed within a few cfm on thier bench as well.

Mine are 5.3L heads with 2.02/1.57 valves.
I dont remember numbers except for at .600 lift
298cfm @ .600 and 227 exhaust at .600

thanks guys !! im going to go with a big cam .6 lift , like a 236/240 for my stroker that currently has a 205/212 .540 116.5 ( friggin builder didnt know better and didnt ask me )

Hot off the press. It looks like they are getting better #'s out.

ARE stage 2 heads upgraded to stage 3, to fit the bigger cylinder. 2.055/1.60.

how recently did you get your heads blacksunshine ? because ive heard that a.r.e. has a whole new set up for maching heads , that would explain the nice #"s , mine are about a year old ,
